Meet the team

My football background includes playing at Sunderland until the age of 21, after which I transitioned into coaching within their academy. We were immediately impressed by the 3v3 concept when we first encountered it at a Future Lionesses Talent ID day. It stood out for the way it maximises players’ touches on the ball while also delivering a fun and highly engaging experience for the kids
